As an essential healthcare service provider, Pattison & Co Physiotherapy is committed to providing ongoing professional treatment to all patient’s during the current COVID-19 pandemic. However, our priority remains to ensure the health and safety of all patients.

 

We are following all NSW Health advice and guidelines, including social distancing where possible, mask wearing and hand hygiene. When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you please sanitise/wash your hands and check in with our QR Code.

 

As per the NSW Public Health Order, masks are be strongly encouraged in settings where you cannot social distance. We will be wearing a mask and request you do the same. We can provide you with a mask if you do not have one.

 

If you would like to wait in your car or on the verrandah outside for your appointment, we are more than happy to come and collect you when it's your appointment time.

 

We request that you attend your appointment alone where possible. Family members or support people may be asked to wait in the car or outside.

 

If you are in self-isolation, feel unwell or no longer feel comfortable attending a face to face appointment, we also offer Telehealth video or phone consultations.
